GARY'S INCORPORATION
This picture and the next one has been sent by Jim well's He said. "I found these in my Dad's stuff the other day. Dad was James L. "jack" or "cap" Wells who was in charge of Plant Protection for US Steel. The picture of all the folks at the top of the main road, the Catholic Church and Main Office would be off to the left as you look at it and Red Cross Street is off to the right, was taken by USS for an ad which appeared in "Newsweek" and "Time" magazine in 1974 or 1975 when Gary incorporated. I only have the black and white version--apparently sent to Dad by the Ad agency or someone in USS's marketing dept from Pittsburgh. The other may or may not have been used. My Mom is on the far right in the dark coat next to Patsy Witten. Dad is in the rear with the dress hat on. Jim Wells
