I HAVE SEEN

I HAVE SEEN:  So many changes in my life.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where we, at one time were a nation of God fearing people
I HAVE SEEN:  A time when pride and morals were taught at home
              and at school.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where as children we were taught to respect our
              elders.
I HAVE SEEN:  A time when bussinesses were closed on Sundays
as it is the Lords day.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where criminals were punished for their crimes.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where our flag was a symbol of our freedom.
I HAVE SEEN:  When you could leave home with your door
unlocked and feel safe when you returned home.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where a dress code was required in schools.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where one woman was resposnsible for taking
prayer out of our schools and we as christians
stood by and allowed it to happen.
I HAVE SEEN:  When we could see people who could write but
              their handshake was good.
I HAVE SEEN:  When everyone only bought merchandise made in
              America.
I HAVE SEEN:  Where homosexuals were not allowed to teach
              our children.
I HAVE SEEN:  When Sundays were a day fro families get
together to visit instead of watching football
I HAVE SEEN:  Where our armed forces were praised for
fighting for our freedom instead of protesting
I HAVE SEEN:  All these I have written about no longer
              exist.

A WISE MAN

A WISE MAN:  Keeps a positive outlook on life.
A WISE MAN:  Listens instead of talking.
A WISE MAN:  Will not put his foot before his head.
A WISE MAN:  Keeps his thoughts to himself.
A WISE MAN:  Only gives advice when asked.
A WISE MAN:  Knows there is no stupid questions, but stupid
             answers.
A WISE MAN:  Seeks knowledge not materials in life.
A WISE MAN:  Watches and learns by others mistakes
A WISE MAN:  Never questions another man's knowledge or
             abilities.
A WISE MAN:  Complements others instead of critizing them.
A WISE MAN:  Knows how to love and show respect to others.
A WISE MAN:  Will preach his own funeral by his lifestyle.
A WISE MAN:  Will mind his own affairs, not those of others.
A WISE MAN;  Will ignore gloomy days and sees nothing but
             sunshine.
A WISE MAN:  Will walk in his own way not others.
A WISE MAN:  Will not fill one basket and leave another
             empty.
A WISE MAN:  Will watch mother nature, not the weatherman.
A WISE MAN:  Knows his limits and will not exceed them.
A WISE MAN:  Turns a deaf ear to gossip.
A WISE MAN:  Knows all those things.
A WISE MAN:  AN UNWISE MAN WHO IGNORES THESE THINGS BECOMES A FOOLISH MAN

WRONG HIGHWAY

Back in my younger days I was traveling down Satan's highway, being unsatisfied with myself not knowing what to do, day from day.  Deep down inside I knew I was on the wrong highway. But I still let Satan 's road map keep me traveling deeper into his hands.   Then one day I realiszed Satans road map would lead to destruction and I would drive myself right into hell..

I found another highway and as I began to drive this highway, I began to feel better about my self.   This highway had different signs which said you are on the right highway, so keep driving.   The farther you drive the closer you will reach a destination where there is no burning fire.

This road would lead to happiness, peace of mind knowing that I had chosen the right highway at last and everything in the end would be pure water from that special well instead of that burning fire in hell..

As I recall I was driving one day at a high rate of speed when I  came upon a sharp curve and off the road I went.  I then realized I was hell bent.  It was then I decided it was time to take the right highway and My lord I should serve.

"FATHERS DAY"

Today we celebrate Fathers Day as we do every year.  This Day is set
aside for the Dad's.  We hnor him with gifts, good food and tell him how
much we love him.  But the true fathers day is every day of the year.  The
True Father our Heavenly Father answers our prayers.  heals the sick.
Loves  the sinner. but hates the sin.  So we as christians should celebrate
every day as Fathers Day.  Jesus said in Matthew 23 verse 9 "And call no
man Father upon this earth"  For, one is your Father which is in heaven.
Ch.23 Vs 12 "Neither ye be called MASTER FOR ONE IS YOUR
Master even Christ.

So  today as we honor Fathers as we should lets not forget our heavenly
Father and celebrate and honor him also.

God Bless
